Despite a sub-par night of sleep, I not only made it to the gym to climb, I did 40 min target heartrate cardio, & assisted pull-ups on machine. Then I had an everything shower & moisturized. I'm unstoppable.

I simply cannot stop crying while watching soooooo many ppl unite in joy over the Knicks. Idegaf about basketball- it's the pure joy across all backgrounds, in a time where the greedy powerful are trying to divide us, that shines so bright it cannot be ignored 🧡😭
It's June, halfway through the yr, and I just got my second green climb 💪 that's the thing with ambitious goals- I'm gonna be working hard on this all year, and likely won't get 10, but I'll keep trying, and today was a good one!
