Our CEO is a woman and we have a lot of female representation in leadership. Many of our leaders have an above average grasp on DEI or are at least willing to admit their ignorance and ask for help. Surprisingly for an IT organization though, many leaders don't come from IT.
The battery on this headset is stupid good. I've literally been in non-stop Teams/Zoom meetings all day, no breaks at all, from 4am until now (6:15pm) and it's "low" but it isn't dead yet. I almost want to ruin a PM's evening just to see if I can kill it... but I'm fuckin hungry...
Some come from business, management, some functional IT. Very few are technical IT leaders. As such, I invited them to invest 20 minutes of their time watching the following YouTube video to try to bring a bit more awareness to Neurodiversity. I'm learning a lot about folks by their responses...
