There already is an anti DSA VAN rule to an extent (you can use it freely in a primary but not against a Democrat in a general election.)
Considering NGP VAN is now owned by British private equity, I wouldn't be surprised if they go harder in the future if the DNC/DSCC/etc asked.

Other people including OP know a lot more about the VAN than me but I wonder how much useful data is really in the algorithmic consumer and survey data end of thing and how much is really just "here is the voter file on a map."
Ah yes another year of getting a parking ticket on my street as I try to convince the parking authority that I live in my house as they give me tickets whenever I am not st work. Thry dont accept my mortgage or water bill for some reason and I don't pay the gas or electric.
