Got ready 45 minutes earlier than I needed to for the trump to CNY pride so I went to the gym for a vanity arm and shoulder pump before standing outside quickwith my harness on. 😜
This morning was definitely one of those mornings where I didn't want to get out of bed.
Anyhow, time to go get a pump on even though I'm not feeling it either because discipline is more important than motivation 😉
