Facebook keeps suggesting me to buy a grand piano for $119,995, including delivery, tuning, and a matching bench. In theory, I am not even against the idea, but there's just one small issue...
Sorry folks, but any plan with a > 15-year horizon is just astrology with a bowtie.
One example that immediately comes to mind is Baltimore. It could do really well with Upton/Avenue Market station on the NE corridor which would connect it to Baltimore's only subway line.
I don't think transport planners (traffic engineers) are able to offer a good methodology for parking supply/demand assessments when it comes to the idea of getting rid of parking. I am saying this as someone who occasionally does said assessments.
