I don't think I appreciated how much my fall and subsequent tinnitus has affected me until I went in the Co-op just now. Mostly empty and yet my levels of dread were astronomical. I ended up panic buying a hand of tatty looking bananas and an 8 pack of Coke Zero just to make it not-pointless. π
Then I get back and the dogs go mental on me. Because of course they do, I never leave the house without them. I just hope they were behaving themselves... π«€
