C'est peut etre une question bête mais est-ce qu'il faut mettre la thèse en libre accès sur HAL ou juste une notice? Parce qu'un document sur HAL peut se mettre avec embargo si j'ai bien compris... (Pardon si ma remarque est totalement à côté, je trouve juste ça incroyable ce qu'ils exigent...)
C'est tellement étrange. Ils pourraient faire comme ça se fait souvent et juste en demander une version pdf. Je suis vraiment désolée pour vous c'est injuste.
