Disneyland gets Walt’s Worlds Fair version (1900s-20s-40s-60s) and Disney World gets its Horizons-esque sequel (1960s-80s-2000s-future).

This is seriously a beautiful ride, with incredible sets and animatronics. But its big innovation was using a trackless dark ride system (before Tokyo's Pooh!) to actually "eject" vehicles that don't score high enough to proceed. Two early exits separate riders from the Minotaur!
In practice, the "early ending" feature was turned off because... who wants a third of a ride experience? But Laberinto del Minotauro is still a really compelling, impressive dark ride that's stunning in its execution...! Check it out! buff.ly/aPWnhXQ

#LayoutTuesday returns with LABERINTO DEL MINOTAURO at Spain's Terra Mítica. This trackless dark ride opened with the mythology-themed park in 2000. It's a genuine marvel, but it's most unique feature is that some riders don't get to the big finale at all... #ParkLoreArt 🧵
