In late college I got real into a blog called Cooking Issues (the first podcast I ever listened to, also, carefully downloaded onto my iPod with iTunes) and the post about committing to a raw food diet as a bit was one of the more memorable. Blueberries and cold brew tea!

Every Raw Food Diet person I've ever known (too many) has been a walking advert for why you should literally never live like that and it makes no sense. It's just self-evident when you talk to them for five minutes how bizarre and unnecessary it is, for zero benefit and only detriment.
