The world we live in. The US president is rolling out the red carpet for the man responsible for all these and countless more crimes. It’s sickening, so god damn sickening. Why are we humans like this.
Declaring that no quarter will be given is straightforwardly prohibited under international humanitarian law.
When done to threaten an adversary, the declaration itself amounts to a war crime.
