Tonight I did a big air inflation. Pressurized my belly so much it ended up feeling rock solid.
Putting in the volume training and praying this stubborn innie finally gives up and pops out for me lol
It’s wild and kinda trippy — no matter how huge I inflate my belly, I can somehow empty it all by exhaling a bunch and compressing my belly… I don’t understand how I deflate so easily without burping.
