The ECtHR has rejected an appeal by Russian-backed Bosnian Serb secessionist Dodik to overturn his removal from office by the Court of BiH. Not a shock per se but as rumors swirl US will push incoming High Rep to scrap law on which Dodik was convicted, this decision raises political costs.
