Data centers' heat exhaust is not raising the land temperature around where they're built
Academia only rewards and celebrates the former. Never the latter. And that's fucked up. Because if you can do it with a 4-4 or 5-5 teaching load, plus service, plus advising, but with no resources or support? Holy shit! Imagine what they could do with a 2-2 and assistants and funding.
