Werken in de creatieve sector klinkt voor velen als een droom, maar heeft ook een schaduwzijde. Mensen in creatieve beroepen hebben disproportioneel vaak last van stress, burn-outs en depressieve klachten, blijkt uit onderzoek van hoogleraar Mediastudies Mark Deuze. In zijn recent verschenen boek 'Well-being and Creative Careers – What Makes You Happy Can Also Make You Sick' onderzoekt hij hoe dat komt – en wat eraan te doen is.
