PS Lambert was Disqualified by the Magistrate Judge on August 13 2024, but Nichols took till October 22 to uphold the Order. So the date used in latest motion was just after disqualification, but while still arguing for reconsideration.

Seems SDNY has unsealed DOJ response to the TRO in G.F.F v Trump, though case is still listed as 463 so all future filings are going to be sealed until a clerk unseals them.

Not only that, she continued to litigate the matter AFTER her disqualification, first filing a motion for order, then continuing to litigate the matter while her disqualification was on appeal
