basically when ur body notices ur losing blood it can panic and try to force u to go horizontal in order to make sure there's enough going to ur head. better for u to do that urself than ur body forcing u into doing it
ive had bleeders multiple times. they look scary but they wont kill u. just make sure to get ur legs up
