Another day of scattered ICE sightings in Chicagoland as feds continue surveilling neighborhoods + courthouses. The day started with an early morning detention in Carol Stream. This afternoon, video from Waukegan of agents surrounding a lone child in a car is circulating (guardian presumed taken).
