RELATIONAL CONTINUITY!
Use spaces/places/people that are already safe spaces with trusted advisors.
Eg Family doctors, support groups, cultural centres...
I think continuity is fascinating. In the work I’ve done in the past it’s not about always seeing the same GP, it’s about relational continuity with a team of professionals, information flowing properly and a sense the NHS remembers who you are! Makes a huge difference in experience and trust.
