I spent about 10 years flying for work, almost weekly, Heathrow to Ireland, Poland, Italy or France… the frequent flyer thing was good as I got the lounges and free stuff. I have many tales of good and bad travel experiences but Gerry Adams wearing socks and sandals at 6am was a highlight.
Nah… I’ll just prep in the early morning and it’ll all be beautifully cooking when my lovely ex-wife and various members of our family arrive at noon. In the evening, once everyone has gone I’ll be exhausted on the sofa with a large whiskey…
