I am beyond sad about the death of Marjane Satrapi. As a fan of BD, I loved her work. As an Iranian, I loved her ethics and passion. As a person, I looked up to her. She was the same age as my sister and had very similar experiences which made me feel close to her. She will be sorely missed. RIP.
