I've used the Neo for a week. If there's one thing I miss above everything else, it's definitely backlit keys. Didn't think it would matter that much, but this is one thing that stands out as a glaring omission in actual day-to-day usage.

Does anyone here use both Bluesky & Mastodon? Or Bluesky & Threads? Trying to decide if using Mastodon is worth it or not, or if I should just set up shop permanently here.
Def think this will be my permanent new home on social as far as text-first social is concerned. The API is too good.
The M4 Mac mini base is probably the best Mac Apple has ever released from a value perspective. Just incredible to get such capabilities for $599. There's very little to complain about here for probably 90% of the average workflow. I ran into some memory bottlenecks, but my use case is an outlier.
And setting up a custom domain was almost too easy.

Needless to say, I have a video in the works, but I needed to put it through some stress before I was able to draw sound conclusions. I edited a 1-hour-long video with tons of effects and stuff on the timeline. The machine performed admirably. Here's said timeline:
This pop-up appeared when launching Final Cut Pro 11 on macOS. It’s probably like my 10th time launching the app if I had to guess, and this is the first time I’ve seen it. I’m not mad, or anything, but it was a bit jarring. Thought it was a Safari pop-up window for a second. Odd. 🤷‍♂️
