Of course, it’s not antisemitic to question a state’s unfair laws.
Similarly, it’s not anti-Catholic to question the part of Canada’s Constitution that allows for “separate” religious public schools in ON & where that results in the teaching of anti-queer Catholic beliefs in ON’s public schools.

Is it antisemitic to question the State of Israel for having its “nation-state law” since 2018 giving a special national status to Jewish citizens only where to some degree non-Jewish citizens are treated by Israel as lesser citizens (that is, not having the same rights)?
