It’s Day 15 of #PrideMonthChallenge2026. 15 days to go.
Not one person in ON has been able to meet this challenge yet. Why? Because public Catholic school boards across ON are anti-queer including having anti-queer hiring policies. That a few Catholic boards fly the Pride flag doesn’t change that.
It’s Day 10 of the #PrideMonthChallenge2026
As of 8 am today, NO ONE has been able to claim what would seem to be an easy $250 for their charity (easy if this challenge was for public non-Catholic boards in ON).
Let’s 🛑 pretending that ON’s Catholic boards are queer inclusive. Change is necessary.
Of course, it’s not antisemitic to question a state’s unfair laws.
Similarly, it’s not anti-Catholic to question the part of Canada’s Constitution that allows for “separate” religious public schools in ON & where that results in the teaching of anti-queer Catholic beliefs in ON’s public schools.
Yesterday at the #YorkPride Parade, I had the chance to see MPP @kristynwongtam.bsky.social again, and I reminded them that they’re the best MPP I’ve known in my lifetime, excelling in all the areas an MPP should excel in.
Who in your opinion is the best MPP in your lifetime?
Former Ontario Finance Minister & MPP provides strong public policy reasons why Premier Ford’s push to expand the Toronto Island Airport (to include jets) is unnecessary.
He reminds us that the federal Carney government has the power to stop Ford.

Is it antisemitic to question the State of Israel for having its “nation-state law” since 2018 giving a special national status to Jewish citizens only where to some degree non-Jewish citizens are treated by Israel as lesser citizens (that is, not having the same rights)?

Standing ovation for Rep. Beatty, who sued Trump over the renaming of the Kennedy Center, took him to court, and won!
Mark Carney has the power to stop the Billy Bishop expansion. Now, long-time Liberal Greg Sorbara is calling on him to ‘do the right thing’.
The Druze people in Israel may be small in numbers, but they have mustered some big opposition to the country’s "nation-state law," which declares Israel as the home of the Jewish people.

I have launched #PrideMonthChallenge2026.
It's an easy opportunity for you to have $250 donated to the charity of your choice (that is, easy if Catholic school boards in Ontario have hired school leaders who are openly trans and/or openly in a same-sex marriage).
Good luck!
