They're working against their own cause here and are too stupid to know it. I actually agree that there is and should be a market for some games to be sexy in a way that caters to the male gaze, but if your premiere AAA gooner brand suddenly pivots to paedo appeal, that's gonna cause ripples.

A certain subset of Gamers TM have spent the past 2 years telling us Stellar Blade was a victory for anti-woke and proved that gamers want sexy ladies in their games
But those same Gamers TM are now saying "actually Stellar Blade wasn't that goony so it's OK the sequel's protag looks like a child"
