🚨🚨Privatizing the post office would lead us down the same road that privatizing energy companies did. Higher costs, worse/less service, worse infrastructure, etc.

we don't have meaningful data broker regulations and a functional modern privacy law for two reasons: 1. Congress has been corrupted by a vast web of industries who have prioritized money over public safety and national security. 2. The U.S. exploits this to spy on Americans and avoid warrants.
this California amendment, broadly supported by Dems, would strip CPUC authority over broadband at a time CPUC is making inroads on affordability. It's being sold as a way to keep the CPUC focused on electricity affordability, but based on conversations I've had all week I suspect it's an AT&T op
