The victims of paedophile Bill Kenneally, whose crimes were outlined in a Commission of Investigation report today, are set to receive a State apology. Jim O'Callaghan told Fianna Fáil TDs and Senators he will propose one at Cabinet, with Taoiseach signalling agreement. @virginmedianews.bsky.social
It's understood O'Callaghan also said he had not received a request to meet with Kenneally's victims – seemingly denying claims to the contrary – but is happy to set a date to do so before the end of this week
