First time for me as well to see them mating. I'm used to stumbling across them while out hiking, rescuing, etc. They either live in our yard or the next door neighbor's, so I'm really glad they are here.

A horseshoe crab thought it wanted to join our seining activity today. I showed it to the school kids, then took it downstream where it could safely crawl up on the beach and do it's thing. #horseshoecrab
