A very lovely yesterday w/so many whales, but the highlight was the return of the Southern Resident orcas (Js & Ls) to the Salish Sea. ♥️
Inland, we saw 2 different groups of orcas, humpbacks & gray whales. Who today?

Sheldon - the Cremello - is the Peter Pan of Skydog. At age 10, he’s never really grown up. He loves to play with his young friends like Smokey - the Dapple Grey. Both #wildhorses grew up at Skydog after being rescued.

The Nursery's youngest orphan, Kipekee, drinks her milk under close supervision. Specifically, Muridjo's. The mini matriarch has spent most of March at Kipekee's side – keeping the older bulls at a distance during mud baths and intervening when she squabbles with Daba.
