Delightful to see you, always good to share thinking with others about what's important for the schools and pupils we serve.
I can't find it, any advice?
I have done this every year since 2013 and it serves as a wonderfully clarifying process at the start of the year and useful reflection at the end. I'm getting better at keeping up attention on it throughout the year! #my3words for 2025 Five. Deliberate. Cultivate.

I'm seeing a LOT of people née to the platform this morning. Which is BRILLIANT. Welcome. Here's a thread of a few tips. None of them my idea and I'm sure you see lots of other threads like this. Hope it helps.
An interesting read! I very recently changed my approach from an 'everlasting' list at the back of my notebook to a weekly planner I designed in excel - it simple but has really changed how I feel about my workload. It also allows me to reflect on the week before I move on, as Ian suggests here.
