Imagine if I had a rule that said, “I won’t hire anyone born in Utah,” as a mechanism to screen out LDS members and deny equal opportunity.
We’re okay with legalizing this? We don’t want a business necessity? I don’t think so!
This is just a way to segregate our workforce and call it equality.
