I'm starting another life-size figure. I always feel a bit daunted at the beginning of such a big piece, knowing the amount of time it will take and having to lift it into the kiln.
It's a bit like a big puzzle, I do like puzzles.
I know it will all come together in the end.
The Watchful Tree
One of the dryads I made for the Affordable Art Fair Hampstead. The watchful tree is a folk name for birch trees.
