I don’t think HTML-in-canvas is the biggest revolution in HTML right now.
I think another feature is.
One that will be truly revolutionary and that will have cross-browser support very soon.

Don't wait for iOS support to make your PWA installable.
If we can teach users 4 clicks to add a web app to their favorites, we can teach them how to install a web app.
Users are not unfamiliar with PWAs because of the lack of iOS support.
It's because we don't build enough of them.
