This position I interviewed for is *literally* the same job functions I performed for years at a different airline. How the hell could my experience be any more aligned to this position? What the fuck are you looking for if it's not someone with a bachelor's degree who did the exact job for years?
Oh good.. another rejection email from last interview "At this time we have decided to move forward with candidates whose experience more closely aligned with our current hiring needs." So a bachelor's degree and years of experience doing this *exact* job for another airline isn't aligned?

I don't think I like the narrative of being in a divided country. When somebody is racist I don't have a difference of opinion with that person. they have a moral failing. I'm not obliged to reach over the boundary and explain that we could probably swap kidneys if we needed. Who has the time lol
