Who is this cat ? Is Jim importing his relatives ?
I really wish, but FoM has been styled by both Tories and Labour uniquely as freedom of movement *from* the EU and into GB, not the other way around. I think this is because most Labour and Tory ministers are rich enough to have secured their boltholes in Europe if they want them.
I don't like either of them, but why does Mandelson's opinion of Starmer matter ? Does he not consider that he should - in light of recent events - retreat a little from public view ?
Fair.
Or even: everyone with a window seat can go first ?
Andrew, there would be none of this warring if Britain would commit to a different relationship with the EU. My guess is that SM would do it, but the British government would have to stop pandering to the racists. Until then, I think we are all in trouble, any of us who want better EU relations.
Why is this write-up predicated on criticism of the Labour government by someone sacked by them (several times) ? www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
Newly published documents show Lord Mandelson and ministers' concerns about the prime minister and Labour MPs.
