I'm just trying to remind myself over and over that Phoenix and Eddie AREN'T dead, they're young and they're going somewhere nice where they'll get a new friend and be happy and live out the rest of their lives
I just won't be there to see it and I'll miss them and that really, really hurts :'(
Turns out things can always get worse, because there was another gerbil fight. Long story short, I have to rehome two of them. They're going to a rescue on Friday. My boys. I love them so much. I don't have enough tears left
