Each affordability level meets an important community need.
The combination of affordability levels supports the sustainability of the CRHC.
Pedestrianized areas are almost always controversial at first. Has anyone looked up the letters to the editor from when Bastion Square or Fernwood Square were created? Remember the flap over Arbutus Way and Government Street?
