OMG Wed AM: The US has carried out another war crime: destroying the water supply for 20,000 human noncombatants. The fat orange pig and his greasy hogsbreath acolyte must be sent to The Hague. But we have to sign the ICC treaty first.
If true, I have serious concerns about this being a war crime.
Under the laws of armed conflict:
Proportionality: the military advantage has to outweigh the anticipated civilian harm.
Hard to see what military advantage would outweigh robbing 20k people of drinking water.
