Sadly in Toronto, the parks department and library actively resist this kind of deal and no one makes them cooperate.

My goodness. I've always thought the acres of parking around BMO field made it a pretty bad stadium experience but it gets so much worse.
I am still a bit in disbelief that the filtered permeability on Portland got so much coverage and that a few people posted videos showing some lines of cars. I looked at the path the cars could have taken to get there and they're just trying to rat run driving down Bathurst. No sympathy.
