In all the details I tend to add to my showcase videos I now always put a picture of Sy somewhere in it like this shot from Buckaroo Banzai.
Given the showcase theme of Connections I was already in production with this before it was announced and so I slap shots from the opening of the science tv show Connections and the perfect timed shot ever in television.
Here is that part. In the play-though I didn't select any footage from this so I get a low score. The game was really bad. so I was giggling over most of these details nobody is gonna pick up on.
If I had more time (I was behind on as I threw out the previous project 2 weeks in) & more time on the showcase itself I would have had the intro and instructions. But keeping myself to well under 3 minutes is that restriction of being in the showcase. I don't want to push limit too much.
One of my favorite pieces in the @furality Art Show. This brings back memories that was the first VR experience I ever had back in the very early 90s. Got to play Dactyl Nightmare at a local collage and later when I moved to the midwest. This shit ran on Amiga's so it had extra importance to me.
Shot some home movies in club F.Y.N.N. today. Really first time I got to relax and enjoy and get inspired a but at con.
Here is a play-though of one of the games I was making fun of in my Showcase video. It is considered one of the worst games ever made on Sega CD. I mashed up the interface a with the idea composting was happening in real time. That timeline interface was a pain to reproduce.
