Hi, my production company's been trying to make TV shows by traditionally marginalized creators for 12 years and this is literally the dumbest thing a white guy in the business can say. This is why I openly discuss when I will diminish and go into the West. Better that than becoming one of these.

Rainn Wilson is calling out a 'bias in the media' toward 'liberal policies' for his belief that 'The Office' could not be made today, saying it would be 'too hard to be as politically incorrect as the show was.'

These politicians are so poll and consultant brained that they believe this solves a problem when they could instead tax the hell out of Big Tech, and fund things that will actually help kids like education, childcare, healthcare, after school programs, and the arts.
I don't trust any washed up actors or lazy comedians who insist that "you can't make this today" because they either miss the point of that thing or they forget that shows like It's Always Sunny and American Dad have been around forever.
There's a big difference between crude humor that's actually funny and has something to say as opposed to lazy "humor" that's just punching down at vulnerable minorities.
