Yesterday when NASA ppl were being interviewed, one reporter asked about the public loudspeaker not working and I was struck by the answer. The NASA official said "That's news to me, thank you for that, we will look into it". No but covering, just honest interest in fixing the problem... 1/2
...To me this is the difference between how trained scientists/engineers deal with problems vs. politicians. We absolutely need more of this energy in every aspect of our lives. Well done NASA.
