If I were the DPP I would authorise proceedings against Farage, Yaxley-Lennon and Rupert Lowe, then begin extradition proceedings for Elon Musk, to face charges for incitement to riot under the Public Order Act 1986, section 7. There’s absolutely zero reason why this shouldn’t happen.
