I was looking at a fund yesterday for some serious money that ticked a lot of boxes, that we could probably get, but then looked a little deeper and it's funded by Qatar.
I don't think you can take a principled approach to conservation and fund it by a government known for human rights abuses.
More funding for QEII National Trust is great, but it's very funny to me that there are so many complaints about property rights and Significant Natural Areas (SNAs) when QEII covenants are far more restrictive.
You can still develop SNAs. You can't develop a QEII covenant.
