my b, I can be a little over the top sometimes. I might be a bitch abt providers and *certain* business tactics at times but we all know the importance of the DIY network.
Like, I know what i'm doing (brew/logistics) better than most, and there's a lot of basically free or well worth the cost improvements I don't see being used. Experimentation with packaging, order flow, lowering burden of support.
I've seen it all, you don't have to break your leg to know it hurts.
calyx lwkey did it right getting started in an honest fashion, from at least what I could see. No more "hey has anyone heard of this it's totally not my shop" and instead "hey, this is us, we're new, check us out"

like one piece of advice given is the spray bottles symphony is using now, not only do they look significantly better, the spray is more micronized, consistent and there's less clogging (though the actual formulary also needs work). Not to mention that it's the perfect stealth as a perfume/cologne.
and no, unless you want to throw money at me (which you're totally free to, i'm unemployed atm) i'm not gonna charge for basic advice, especially if you're in MA.
While I can't help directly with getting vials to doors anymore, I really want to be a person up and comers, MA networks or even established ops can reach out to for brewing/formulary advice. Even if i've said mean things if you distro estrogen that's usually a net positive.
