Uhh, I'm getting seriously concerned about all these September release dates. I'll be away in Japan that month, for starters, which is tricky for me personally, but I fear that it will impact sales of these games. Not all of them can sell.
There's a kind of whiplash of watching and enjoying something like SGF only to wake up the next day and see people complaining about any and everything as usual. The discourse around games is really sad to see at this point. So many people seem unable to just...enjoy anything. Feels bad.
I think one of the issues is that I used to be excited by the idea of having portables versions of traditionally console games but (I'm sorry, I swear) since the Switch 2 screen is so awful, I can't really enjoy it in portable mode at all right now so it kills that interest ha ha.
