Anyways I recommend clients to pls read thru the artist TOS + Vgen's own TOS including their definitions of usage rights properly. I see sm discourse on this bcs ppl didn't go thru this prior to sending their request. Ik you're excited to get new art but u gotta protect yourself too😔
Artists w terrible work ethic are common unfortunately and I understand the frustration but I also feel like some ppl complain for the sake of complaining and all in all vgen does a decent job of unifying the terms for both artists and clients to comply with, and being too harsh doesn't help imo
