In 1963 and again today, women demand equal pay ✨
In 1963, NCJW President Pearl Larner Willen was in the room when President John F. Kennedy signed the Equal Pay Act. 63 years later, we're still fighting for equal pay for women everywhere.
Behind every statistic is a woman who deserved to be safe. A woman's life cut short, and now a family and community left with shattered pieces.
This #GunViolenceAwarenessMonth, NCJW is standing with survivors and demanding action: keep guns out of the hands of domestic abusers. 🧡
Happy World Cup season! Today we're celebrating the World Cup queen, Shakira, who's been been the soundtrack of the tournament for 20 years. ⚽️⭐️
As we welcome Shabbat, may we be inspired to turn pain into platinum, because every she wolf knows her worth.
Shabbat Shalom!
“As Jews, we know that societies reveal their values by whose dignity they choose to protect — & whose suffering they choose to excuse.
We reject the idea that cruelty becomes acceptable when it is politically convenient”
We will not be silent.

Today we honor them. We grieve with their families and the survivors. We recommit to the fight for a world where no one is targeted for who they are or who they love. May their memories be for a blessing.
