Who said anything about shouting? But Europe needs to wake up, grow up and drop the submissive attitude. Europe is a big geopolitical power and has to start acting like one.

I think the EU is very much awake. But we don't need to shout as loud as the US does. I have said it for a year and will say it again. ASML can sent the US back to the stone age if we want. I'm shocked the EC has not made the threat yet;but at same time understand that you can only use that once..
