The Social media ‘Barons’ - don’t operate in a vacuum, they are aided and abetted by ‘content providers’ like Farage and that Stephen Lennon-Yaxley bloke (who rebranded as Tommy Robinson).
Does this mean a crack down on Farage? He incited "pure cold rage" which resulted in riots and injuries to the Police in Southhampton.
Between now and the next election we could save about £7 Bn if we scrap support for heat pumps and Carbon Capture and Storage - neither of these are worth spending money on, both offer the illusion of being economic one day, and both enrich large energy companies.
Our best interests would be served best by a total ban on private funding of our politics - for a tiny sum of money we could clean up politics, properly.

Companies like Octopus for heat pumps and like Shell for carbon capture. Scrap them both and save a shed load of money, whether to be spent on bombs or action on poverty - who cares, ending the hideous financial waste of supporting heat pumps and carbon capture makes great sense.
I’m concerned by their funding, not just the source (foreign based, crypto dealers) and what they ant in return - but the fact that Reform use that funding to undermine the biggest economic opportunity of the century - the Green Economy.
DESNZ got this wrong.

It’s time for the Soil Association to walk away from this hideous industry and these so very un-organic fish...
Lucy Powell is right, Nigel Farage and Reform are a threat to our democracy - misinformation is their key weapon, while bots and algorithms do the muck spreading.
We’re in a re run of the Brexit mis information campaign, a counter factual la la land - fuelled, rocket fuelled - by foreign based, hyper rich people - who left here to avoid paying tax. Do they really have our best interests at heart?
