SEND Tribunal appeals are ⬆️ 23% compared to the same quarter last year at 29k—the highest amount ever for the time period. Disposals are also the highest in the same period at 23k ⬆️ 18%. There are 17k open cases ⬆️ 43%. We're told there's a 16-month hearing backlog
